Most lodge companies hand you a floor plan and that's that. We start with ours and work from there together. Want the second bedroom as a study? A larger master suite? A different bathroom configuration? We come from a housebuilding background. Reconfiguring space is what we do.
Your lodge starts with our design. Where it ends up is entirely up to you.

The kitchen is the heart of any home and ours are designed to be used properly. Whether you want something sleek and minimal or warm and generously equipped, we design it around you, not around what is easiest to install.

Interior Design and Furnishings
Select your ceilings, flooring, carpets, wall finishes and fittings. The details that make a space feel like yours the moment you walk in.
Nothing transforms a room like its ceiling. A vaulted ceiling with exposed timbers feels entirely different from a clean, light flat finish and both are available. Add a media wall. Bring your own furniture. Choose every finish from floor to ceiling.
We have made over fifty deliberate design decisions in every lodge already. The ones that are yours to make are just as important.
Eco Performance and Sustainability
Upgrade to a heat pump, add solar panels, or spec a lodge that generates its own energy and costs almost nothing to run.
Every Caradoc lodge is already built with Structural Insulated Panels, giving you a warmer, quieter building that costs significantly less to run than anything else in this market. But if you want to go further, you can. Upgrade to a heat pump, put solar panels on the roof and build a lodge that sits lightly on the landscape it belongs to.
The industry standard is a low bar. We have already cleared it. How much further you go is up to you.
